On Saturday afternoon, May 24, 2025, bystanders take care of a woman when they find her with a gunshot wound at Nichtevechthof in Amsterdam. Investigations reveal that the woman was shot shortly before in a house at Nieuwlandhof. The detectives are looking for a suspect and have started an investigation, urgently seeking witnesses and footage.

At around 5:45 PM, the control room receives a report that someone has been found with a gunshot wound at Nichtevechthof in Amsterdam. When the police arrive on the scene, they find an injured woman with a gunshot wound. The police and ambulance staff take over the care from the bystanders and provide first aid. The victim is then transported to the hospital.

Investigations reveal that the woman was shot in a house at Nieuwlandhof, after which she managed to flee to Nichtevechthof. Bystanders find her there and take care of her.
